However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security, specific search-engine rankings, sales, leads, revenue, or other business results.
Website performance can also depend on factors outside our control, including hosting, third-party services, search engines, internet infrastructure, and client-provided content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dazz Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our website or services.
